1. How can I place an order?

You can order directly through our online store either by creating an account or by using our Quick Buy option, which requires only two fields and no registration. After you submit a quick order, our team will contact you within the same business day to confirm the details.

2. What are the delivery options and how long does shipping take?

We ship throughout Bulgaria via Speedy and Econt. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. For heavy or bulky equipment (car lifts, hydraulic presses, tire machines), we'll contact you to arrange the most suitable delivery method.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes international shipment is available for most products. Shipping costs depend on the destination and the weight/dimensions of the order, so please contact us at office@gamateh.com or +359 888 008604 for a quote before ordering.

4. Why are prices shown in both EUR and BGN?

In line with Bulgaria's adoption of the euro, all prices are displayed in both currencies. The conversion uses the official fixed exchange rate (1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN), so the amount is identical regardless of which currency you view.

5. Do the products come with a warranty?

Yes. All machines and equipment come with a manufacturer's warranty in accordance with Bulgarian and EU consumer law. The warranty period depends on the product and brand you'll find it stated on the product page or in the documentation included with your delivery.

6. Can I visit your physical store?

Absolutely. Our store and warehouse are located at 149 Hristo Smirnenski Blvd, Varna 9010. You're welcome to see products in person, pick up your order, or get advice from our team on choosing the right equipment.

7. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes — as a consumer you have the right to return a product within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, provided it's unused and in its original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange the return and refund process.
